Not your typical fruit cake…Honey’s favourite butter cake is spiced with cinnamon, cloves & cardamon, dotted with soaked dried fruit, mixed peel & dark chocolate chips and soaked with dark rum. Filled with vanilla bean buttercream, caramel-rum sauce and candied almond pieces, dripped with caramel-rum sauce and topped with meringue kisses, candied peel and candied almond pieces

Tipsy option is recommended with dark rum or brandy, but can be made tipsy with your alcohol of choice. Subject to availability
